Capital Workforce Partners (CWP) is the regional Workforce Development Board serving North Central Connecticut. We connect people, training, and opportunity—helping individuals build lasting careers and helping employers find the skilled talent they need to grow.
Together with our network of American Job Centers, we help jobseekers overcome barriers, gain new skills, and access good jobs in high-demand industries. For businesses, we provide customized hiring, training, and workforce solutions designed to meet real-time labor market needs.
CWP is guided by a Consortium of the region’s chief and elected officials and by representatives from business, education, and labor serving on its Board of Directors.
From investing in youth career pathways to supporting adults reentering the workforce, we’re creating sustainable opportunities that benefit both workers and employers.
