The deadline for Letter of Intent was February 12, 2021. This procurement is open only to entities that submitted a Letter of Intent by that deadline.  Proposals or forms received by other entities will be rejected.

Proposals are due on Monday March 29, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. EST.

The release of this RFP does not constitute an acceptance of any offer, nor does such release in any way obligate the CWP to execute a contract with any offeror. CWP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received or portions thereof.
