Since 2008, the Mortgage Crisis Job Training Program (MCJTP) has supported Connecticut homeowners by offering free career services, job training, and financial counseling. Our goal is simple: to help you regain stability and stay in your home.

Eligibility Information:

  • A homeowner
  • 60 days or more past due on a mortgage for their primary residence in CT
  • Have an annual household income under $120,000
  • Demonstrate an imminent need for program services
