Capital Workforce Partners Inc. has received a $149,899 grant from Workforce Solutions Collaborative of Metro Hartford (Workforce Solutions) to support MACH (Metro Hartford Alliance for Careers in Healthcare), an employer-led partnership working to expand the talent pipeline for entry level workers in clinical settings.
Informed by employers’ needs and labor market data, individuals will be recruited and trained for a variety of in-demand jobs including Advanced Certified Nurse Assistant, Patient Care Technician and Medical Office Assistant (with a path to either a clinical or medical coding position). Job seekers will receive classroom training, on-the-job training, and direct job placement.
