PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

Capital Workforce Partners (CWP) is seeking qualified organizations to provide 1) Project Management and Facilitation and 2) Curriculum Development support to collaboratively develop modular, tiered career competency and job readiness assessments and a training curricula framework with associated content delivery methods.

Proposers can apply to provide one or both functions; if applying to both, proposers must identify different personnel assigned to the different functions.

The RFP will be released on November 20, 2024. The RFP will be available for download on the CWP website at www.capitalworkforce.org through February 4, 2025, the proposal due date. CWP may change scheduled due dates if it is to the advantage of CWP to do so. Please check our website periodically for updates.

GOOD JOBS CHALLENGE
OCCUPATIONAL TRAINING: HEALTHCARE AND IT/TECH

Capital Workforce Partners, Inc. (CWP) is seeking qualified training providers for a comprehensive project aimed at equipping unemployed and underemployed individuals with the skills and credentials necessary for entry- and mid-level occupations in the healthcare and IT/tech industry sectors. Selected providers will deliver short-term, credential-based workforce preparation that is designed to the specifications of industry partners, ensuring that participants acquire the essential knowledge and certifications required for immediate entry into high-quality jobs.

The RFP will be released on September 10, 2024. The RFP will be available for download on the CWP website at www.capitalworkforce.org by 4:00 p.m. Eastern time. Proposals will be accepted until CWP determines that it has secured training capacity for the Good Jobs Challenge. Please check our website periodically for updates to the procurement schedule.
