Infosys established its Technology and Innovation Hub in Hartford as part of its commitment to growing local tech talent and creating high-quality jobs. In partnership with Capital Workforce Partners and Hartford Public Library, Infosys launched an innovative internship program that provided hands-on IT experience to local graduates. All participants completed the program and were offered full-time positions, showcasing the success of this workforce development collaboration.
