Kyle brings a depth of leadership experience, strategic expertise, and a strong personal connection to Hartford that position him exceptionally well to lead HOYC’s next chapter. He will report to Jim Boucher, CSO, and will be based in our 350 Church Street office.

Throughout his career, Kyle has demonstrated a rare combination of visionary leadership, operational excellence, and community-centered values. He has successfully founded and scaled businesses, led complex cross-sector partnerships, and advised organizations on sustainable growth, funding strategies, and long-term impact. Notably, Kyle grew a Connecticut-based logistics company from startup to a multi-million-dollar operation – while prioritizing workforce development, financial literacy, and employee advancement.

Kyle’s background aligns strongly with HOYC’s mission. He brings extensive experience in:

  • Building and convening diverse partnerships across public, private, and nonprofit sectors
  • Strategic planning and execution in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
  • Data-informed decision-making to drive systems-level improvements
  • Developing talent and leading teams with accountability and purpose

Equally important is Kyle’s deep personal commitment to opportunity youth. As a Hartford native, he understands both the challenges and the untapped potential within our community. His lived experience, coupled with his professional track record, gives him an authentic voice and the credibility needed to engage partners, youth-serving organizations, and young people themselves.

As HOYC Director, Kyle will oversee the Collaborative’s strategy, partnerships, operations, and implementation of the HOYC Action Plan – serving as a neutral convener and champion for collective impact across Hartford’s youth ecosystem.

Please join us as we welcome Kyle to Capital Workforce Partners and support him as he steps into this vital leadership role. Advancing equitable outcomes for Hartford’s Opportunity Youth requires strong partnerships, aligned systems, and a shared commitment across our organization.
