The MetroHartford Alliance for Careers in HEALTH
The business partnership's purpose is to identify and respond to workforce development policy issues for entry level and middle skill positions in the healthcare industry and is co-convened by Capital Workforce Partners and the Connecticut Women's Education and Legal Fund (CWEALF).
MACH meets quarterly to address the workforce needs of healthcare institutions in North Central Connecticut. Initiatives include: incumbent worker training, healthcare-focused career agents and youth programs.

Advanced Manufacturing Employers Partnership
This business partnership is dedicated to rebuilding the manufacturing talent pipeline by assisting employers with strategies for recruitment, retention and incumbent worker training, that will help grow their business, provide solid jobs and improve the regional economy. The group works closely with the Department of Labor and colleges in the region to grow and enhance the pool of skilled workers in manufacturing. This group is co-convened by the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology (CCAT) and Capital Workforce Partners. This group meets quarterly. AMEP receives funding from Workforce Solutions, a funders’ collaborative.
