AN AMERICAN JOB CENTER CUSTOMER THANK YOU – HOW CAN OUR TEAM WORK FOR YOU?
An unedited customer testimonial
I'm very excited to inform you that I landed a position as a Laser Process Engineer at the medical device division of Okay Industries in Berlin, CT. My job starts on Monday.
I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to you and your colleagues there at American Job Center for all your help during my job search. The support and training that I received there was amazing.
You and your team helped me to find additional training and certification, provided resume review and re-writing, reviewed and made suggestions on my LinkedIn profile, helped me increase my social/professional network, and coached me on interview skills. I learned a tremendous amount about job search and learned a few important things about myself along the way.
I especially want to thank Melissa for her help with the resume re-write. Her efforts brought my resume to a new level of "wow."
I need to thank Kamalah for her efforts in getting me enrolled into certification classes. Her quick work and extra effort were the only reason that I was able to participate in that very important training/credential.
A big shout out to the FIRST team; Tony, Mike and Lynn! Thanks for the training, support, feedback, and encouragement. It's hard to express how grateful I am to you guys. You really bring it! The Job Search Work Team that you guys host is an amazing time of sharing, learning, and encouragement. It's just amazing how you foster the spark that's in each of us and fan it into a wildfire of opportunity.
Thank you Ted for introducing the Metrix online training program. That's a tremendous resource to anyone that has the opportunity to participate.
Thank you Malinda for introducing the certification program. I didn't get to use that resource, but I'm sure that it's going to help a lot of people.
Thanks Theresa and Chris for searching out fresh new opportunities from the job boards and directly with local companies.
Rosa, thanks for encouraging me to do the right things and in the right order, for your honest feedback, for the strategy sessions, for your research and for sharing your own story. You're an inspiration to anyone that's lucky enough to work with you.
