The interview addresses CWP’s focus to find, retain, and grow North Central Connecticut's skilled workforce, to meet current and future employer needs.
Capital Workforce Partners President/CEO Alex Johnson, presented analysis and data highlighting the challenges and potential solutions to closing the state’s Middle Skills Gap. Mr. Johnson shared his analysis and urged lawmakers and business leaders in Connecticut to work together in order to create a younger, more qualified, and sustainable workforce, during the Project B.E.S.T workshop at the CCM Convention held at Foxwoods Resort.
This plan is the blueprint for the workforce development system in the North Central Region of Connecticut from 2016 - 2020.
